10 Day Guarantee- Is this your first MoZer Bats? Not sure which model to try? We are confident that you’ll become a part of the MoZer Bat team; we’ll give you 5 days after you receive your bat to try it out. If it breaks, doesn’t feel right or if you’re not satisfied, send it back and we’ll give you your money back or exchange it for a different bat. It’s that simple!
30 Day Guarantee- We are confident that our bats are the best in baseball. The MoZer Bat team, we’ll give you 30 days after you receive your bat in the mail to try and use your bat. If it breaks, and you’re not satisfied, send us a photo of it or email your receipt and we’ll give you half your money back or exchange it for a different bat with a 50% discount. It’s that simple!!
120 Day Guarantee- We are confident that our bats are the best in baseball. The MoZer Bat team, we’ll give you 120 days after you receive your bat in the mail to try and use your bat. If it breaks, and you’re not satisfied, send us a photo of it or email your receipt and we’ll give you a 10% off for a different bat. It’s that simple!!
Offer details:
* Valid on one bat per order
* Applicable to all bats purchased directly from MoZer Bats online, via email, or by phone, regardless of how you’ve had it finished. (Custom engraved bats are not covered by guarantees)
* Returned bat must be postmarked by the 10th or 15th day after delivery.
* To receive a discount for a new bat, send an email with a photo of the broken bat and a receipt must be postmarked or emailed by the 30th, or 120th day after delivery.
* Bats used excessively or improperly, as determined by MoZer Bats, are not eligible for return or exchange.
* Broken bats after are not returnable after 10 days unless due to manufacturer defect.
* The full price of the bat, minus any discounts or special offers, is fully refundable within 10 days. Shipping fees are not refundable. As a courtesy, original shipping cost from MoZer Bats to the customer will be credited on your next order.
* Original form of payment only will be used for refund.
